A little something about Priorat

Trying a new wine from Priorat that was presented to me last week. It's seems very interesting that Priorat is seeing a resurgence now. I've always loved the wines from this DOC, but also am aware of the cost involved in production. I visited the region last year and was blown away! This wine has tons of purple fruit flavor with a lot of complex spice and meaty notes. Long finish that really allows you to notice the tannins.
